A characteristic Tuscan hallway with terracotta tiles. Private entrance, keys handed over by us on arrival.

The heart of the house. Historic brick arch frames the view to the kitchen, working fireplace, deep sofa that doubles as an extra bed, board games in the cabinet.

Fully equipped with blue cabinets and a 4-burner induction hob, full oven, dishwasher, espresso machine. Dining table seats 6. Wine glasses, pasta pans, olive oil & salt already on the shelf.

Double bed (160 × 200), airconditioning, blackout curtains, plenty of natural light. Terracotta floor. Closet with hangers and extra blankets.

Two single beds (90 × 200), can be combined to a queen on request. Airco, blackout curtains, desk space.

Two bathrooms, both with shower, bidet and hair dryer. Fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper provided.

The ground floor is the social floor — open flow from entrance through living room into the kitchen, with one bathroom off the hall.
The first floor is for sleeping — both bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a quiet landing for a morning coffee before the village wakes up.
The sofa bed in the living room turns the ground floor into a spare bedroom if you're travelling with five.
